Nomination Criteria:
1. The nominee can be an individual only
2. The area of service must be Konkani Language, Education, Art and Culture
3. The nominee’s mother tongue should be Konkani
4. The nominee should be a senior citizen who served in the field for lifetime
5. Names can be sent either by themselves or proposed by any individuals
