AGENDA:

1. To consider and adopt minutes of previous AGM
2.  To consider and adopt the Report of the Management for the FY 2023-24
3. To consider and adopt Audited Financial Statements for the FY 2023-24
4. To appoint statutory Auditors for the FY 2024-25 and fix their remuneration.
5. To appoint Internal Auditors for the FY 2024-25 and fix their remuneration.
